Cat's Tongues - Candied Violets
The "langue-de-chat" biscuits were popular when French was still the common language amongst Viennese aristocrats. At Demel these treats were reinterpreted to be made of delicate dark chocolate sprinkled with candied violets and melt in your mouth.
